Litigation technology that delivers

  • LegalCraft was founded in September 2005 with an objective to develop a simple, powerful and userfriendly transcript management system.
  • As a first development, LegalCraft introduced Transcend, a client-server transcript management system. The system consisted of a desktop application, web and iPad versions for legal professionals, and Courtroom and Enterprise Servers to support realtime transcript and collaboration.
  • Successfully implemented a comprehensive electronic court system (ECOS) for the International Criminal Court covering the entire gamut of operations of the court such as the court registry, office of prosecution, victim protection services, detention and so on. ECOS was a bespoke system developed for the ICC.
  • LegalCraft also provided technology development services to its American partner to develop a digital forensics software, ProDiscover, which has received wide acclaim and was rated highly by the SC Magazine over a period of 7 years.
  • LegalCraft extended its product line by developing Lexel, a cloud-based case analysis, trial preparation and evidence management platform with realtime transcript capabilities.

  • 2007
    Signed up as development partners for Technology Pathways LLC, USA to develop a digital forensics solution, ProDiscover
  • 2008

    Released first version of Transcript Management solution, Transcend

    Signed partnership agreement with Auscript, a leading court reporting firm in Australia

  • 2009

    Signed an exclusive partnership agreement with Merrill Legal Services, for Australasia and Europe

    Deployed Transcend system at the International Criminal Court (ICC), The Hague

    Awarded a development project to implement Electronic Court System for ICC, The Hague

  • 2010-12

    Transcend gained a near-complete market share in Asia, Australia and UK/Europe

    Signed an agreement with Law In Order (LIO), and a revised agreement with Merrill Legal Services

    Transcend became a preferred solution for all public inquiries and Royal Commissions in Asia, Australia and UK/Europe

    Deployed Transcend system at the Special Tribunal for Lebanon, The Hague

  • 2014-16

    Transcend became preferred solution at IDRC, SIAC, HIAC and other arbitration centers

    More than 80% of Royal Commissions and public inquiries in Asia, Australia and UK/Europe used Transcend

    Launched a cloud-based Evidence Management System, Lexel

  • 2018-19

    Signed a partnership with Auscript, UK

    Deployed solution at the Mechanism for International Crime Tribunals (MICT), The Hague

    Deployed solution at the Kosovo Specialist Chambers, The Hague

  • 2021-

    Signed partnership agreement with eScribers, UK
